摘要
目的:观察Artglass烤塑树脂材料的前牙美容临床修复效果。方法:应用无金属基底冠的Artglass前牙美容修复技术对123例患者255颗患牙进行美容贴面、全冠、桩冠、双端固定桥修复治疗。结果:255颗患牙均在1-2d内完成修复。随访1-2年,全冠、桩冠、贴面、双端固定桥修复的成功率分别为90.3%、90.2%、88.9%、83.3%,3个贴面、17个全冠、4个桩冠、2个双端固定桥修复失败,改作金属烤瓷修复。结论:Artglass烤塑树脂材料具有一定的抗磨性和高度的颜色稳定性,保证了修复体的强度和美观的要求,操作简单,能达到较满意的临床美容修复效果。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of clinical restoration with Artglass restoration applied in anterior teeth. Methods： Two-hundred fifty-five ill-teeth of one-hundred twenty-three patients were veneered aesthetically, jacket crown, dowel crown, fixed bridge prosthesis by using Germany new type of restorative material Artglass. Results： The treatment of two-hundred fifty-five ill-teeth had been finished within one-two work-day. After one year to two years, three cases of veneer, seventeen cases jacket crown, four cases dowel crown, two cases fixed bridge prosthesis failed, changed the metal-baked porcelain restorative, the others were kept normally without any changes in shades and contour. Conclusion： Restorative material Artglass can meet the requirements of restorative cosmetics and strength with a good result in clinical application. The method of using is simple.
