摘要
基于最严格的水资源管理制度的要求,对水功能区主要污染物COD和NH3-N在规划年的排放量(处理前)进行了预测,计算了水功能区纳污能力,在此基础上对污染物的削减量进行预测,确定了水功能区限制纳污控制指标,并将研究成果应用于山东省胶南市,为该市污染物的排放提供了技术依据。
In this paper ,emission （former） COD and NH3 -N which are main pollutants in water function area in planning years is forecasted based on the requirements of the most strict water resources management system ,and then water environment capacity in water function area is caculated .On this basis ,the reduction of pollutants is forecasted ,pollutant control indictor is got in water function area finally and methods are applied to the city of Jiaonan .It provides a scientific basis for the discharge of pollutants in this city .
