摘要
远程医疗是信息技术在国民医疗与健康体系非常有效的应用,在全球范围内已经得到了非常广泛的发展。远程医疗为缓解各个国家和地区的医疗资源匮乏、提高国民健康水平均提供了巨大的正向作用。文章从讨论远程医疗概念的动态变化开始,基于对全球范围内远程医疗发展及应用现状的分析,对远程医疗系统未来的发展趋势进行了合理预计并提出了具有普适性的管理性建议。
As the effective application of information technology in healthcare system, telemedicine has extensively developed worldwide, which is very important to ease the scarcity of medical resources and improve the national health quality. Starting from the dynamic change of concept of telemedicine, the status of development and application of telemedicine were analyzed. Based on which, the development trend of telemedicine system was predicted. And some suggestions were put forward.
