摘要
以2份苦荞材料威苦1号和黔苦6号为试验材料,在花蕾期进行不同浓度的外源激素全株喷施处理,测定了其产量和品质的变化。结果表明,不同浓度外源激素处理对苦荞的产量和品质有一定影响。适宜浓度的外源GA3、IAA喷施荞麦均可提高其产量,其中GA3、IAA的最适浓度分别为80和110 mg·L-1。喷施外源GA3威苦1号籽粒黄酮含量比不施用降低,而低浓度GA3处理黔苦6号时,其籽粒黄酮含量升高;喷施低浓度外源IAA时,威苦1号籽粒黄酮含量升高,而喷施外源IAA黔苦6号籽粒黄酮含量比不施用降低。
The effects of exogenous hormones on the quality and yield of tartary buckwheat grains of Weiku 1and Qianku 6 were studied. Exogenous hormones were sprayed on the whole plant at early flower stage. The resultsshowed that different concentrations of exogenous hormones had various effects on the yield and flavonoid contentof tartary buckwheat seeds. The optimum concentrations of GA3 and IAA that improved the yield of tartary buck-wheat were 80 and 110 mg.L·1, respectively. Application of exogenous GA3 decreased the flavonoid content inWeiku 1, but GA3 at a low level increased flavonoid content in Qianku 6; Application oflAA at a low level increasedthe grain fiavonoid in Weiki 1; however, application IAA decreased the flavonoid content in Qianku 6.
