摘要
为探究不同程度的干旱胁迫对苦荞(Fagopyrum tataricum)在调节高脂血症2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂、免疫力以及脏器指数的影响,以期为苦荞的保健价值开发提供科学依据,通过建立高脂血症2型糖尿病小鼠模型,将实验小鼠分组并灌胃实验材料(3种不同程度干旱胁迫培育出的苦荞),检测各组小鼠的空腹血糖值、血脂指标(T-CHO、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、免疫调节指标(TNF-α,CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))和脏器指数(肝脏指数,胰腺指数,胸腺指数,脾脏指数)。结果发现,轻度干旱胁迫下苦荞高剂量组的降糖效果显著;轻度干旱胁迫下苦荞高剂量组降低T-CHO、TG浓度的效果最佳,轻度干旱胁迫下苦荞低剂量组降LDL-C浓度效果最佳;各个处理的苦荞对小鼠的免疫指标没有显著的影响,但轻度干旱苦荞低剂量对TNF-α具有积极的调节作用,轻度干旱苦荞高剂量对CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)具有积极的调节作用;轻度干旱胁迫下苦荞对小鼠的肝脏指数具有显著改善效果,而各个处理的苦荞对小鼠的胰腺指数、胸腺指数、脾脏指数没有显著水平影响,但存在一定的积极作用。本研究表明,轻度干旱胁迫下的苦荞在改善高脂血症2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖、血脂、肝脏指数上具有显著的效果,生产上可通过适度干旱胁迫的方法来提高苦荞的保健价值。
In order to explore the effects of different degrees of drought stress on Tartary buckwheat in improving blood glucose,lipid,immune regulation and organ index in hyperlipidemia type 2 diabetic mice,and to provide a scientific basis for the health value development of Tartary buckwheat,A model of hyperlipidemic type 2 diabetes mouse was established.The experimental mice were grouped and gavage experimental materials(tartary buckwheat is cultivated under three different degrees of drought stress).Fasting blood glucose,blood lipid index(T-CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),immunomodulatory index(TNF-α,CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/to get the result CD8^(+))and organ index(liver index,pancreas index,thymus index,and spleen index)were measured in each group to get the result.The result shows that the hypoglycemic effect of high dose Tartary buckwheat under mild drought stress was significant.Under mild drought stress,the high dose Tartary buckwheat group had the best effect in reducing T-CHO and TG concentrations.The low-dose group of Tartary buckwheat under mild drought stress had the best effect on lowering the concentration of LDL-C.Tartary buckwheat treated by different treatments had no significant effect on the immune indexes of mice.However,low dose of mild drought Tartary buckwheat had a positive regulating effect on TNF-αlevel,high dose of mild drought Tartary buckwheat had a positive regulating effect on CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+).Under mild drought stress,Tartary buckwheat had a significant effect on the liver index of mice.Tartary buckwheat had no significant effect on the pancreatic index,thymus index and spleen index of the mice,but it still had some positive effects.This study showed that Tartary buckwheat under mild drought stress had significant effects on impro-ving blood glucose,lipid and liver index of hyperlipidemia type 2 diabetic mice,and the health value of tartary buckwheat could be improved through moderate drought stress in production.
