摘要
以航空煤油为基液,选用双硬脂酸铝、油酸、异辛醇、磷酸三丁酯制备出高效消泡剂RXJ.优化出其最佳制备工艺:双硬脂酸铝用量为6%,在70℃航空煤油中溶解10~20 min,再加入其余组分复配.其关键技术在于双硬脂酸铝在航空煤油中的热溶解.将0.2%消泡剂加入到基浆中,淡水基浆的密度恢复率不小于92%,4%盐水基浆的密度恢复率不小于95%.在马井26井进行了现场应用,加量为0.1%~0.2%,消泡迅速,密度得到提高,消泡效果可维持4~5 d.
A high performance defoamer, RXJ, is synthesized with aviation kerosene as the base fluid, aluminum di-stearate, oleic acid, iso-octanol, and tri-butyl phosphate. The optimum conditions for the synthesis are as follows: add 6% of aluminum di-stearate in aviation kerosene and allow for dissolution at 70 ℃ for 10-20 min, then add the rest reagents. The key to the synthesis is the thermal dissolution of aluminum di-stearate in aviation kerosene. At concentration of 0.2% of RXJ, base fresh water mud has a density recovery of not less than 92%, and base saltwater(4% salt) mud not less than 95%. Field application in Well Majing-26 showed that, adding 0.1%-0.2% of RXJ, foam in the drilling fluid disappeared swiftly, and the defoaming effect lasted for 4-5 days.
