摘要
目的总结针对髋、膝关节置换术患者术后发生深静脉血栓的护理措施。方法选择2009年1月至2013年12月在该科行髋、膝关节置换术患者109例,随机分成对照组(55例)和观察组(54例)。对照组患者在围术期接受常规护理,观察组患者针对深静脉血栓实施干预护理。对比两组患者术后深静脉血栓的发生情况和患者对护理质量的满意度。结果术后观察组中深静脉血栓发生率[1.85%(1/54)]明显低于对照组[14.55%(8/55)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者在服务质量、服务态度、健康教育、心理支持等护理质量的评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对髋、膝关节置换术患者术后深静脉血栓实施干预护理,能够有效降低深静脉血栓的发生率,提高患者的满意度,临床意义显著,值得在临床护理工作中参考和借鉴。
Objective To sum up the nursing measurements in treatment of deep vein thrombosis after hip-knee joint arthroplasty in perioperative period. Methods A total of 109 patients engaged in hip-knee joint arthroplasty in this hospital from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （n=55）and the observation group （n=54）. The patients in the control group accepted regular nursing in perioperative period while those in the observation group carried out intervention nursing on deep vein thrombosis. The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period while the observation group with intervetion nursing to deep vein thrombosis. It was compared the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis and satisfaction with nursing quality of the two groups. Results The incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis （ 1.85%, 1/54） in the obser vation group after operation was obviously lower than that of the control group （ 14.55%, 8/55 ）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; meanwhile, the nursing grading such as the service quality, service attitude, health education, psychological support for the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention for the patients with hip-knee joint arthroplasty may effectively reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in perioperative period and improve the satisfaction of the patients, which is subject to clinical significance, being worthy for learning in clinic.
