摘要
目的:探讨术后疼痛护理对剖宫产术后疼痛及舒适度的影响,为今后临床护理提供参考和借鉴。方法:选取2013年7月1日-12月31日本院收治的600例首次行剖宫产的产妇为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予术后疼痛护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组的感觉舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产患者术后给予有效的疼痛护理能够显著改善患者术后疼痛的症状,提高患者的舒适度和护理满意度,促进患者术后尽快恢复健康,值得在临床实践中广泛应用和推广。
Objective：To explore the effects of postoperative pain care on postoperative pain and comfort of cesarean section,and to provide the reference for clinical nursing in the future.Method：Six hundred maternal admitted by the hospital from July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013 undergoing cesarean delivery of maternal for the first time were selected as research subjects,who divided into two groups according to different methods of nursing, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given postoperative pain care, nursing effects in two groups were compared.Result：The feeling comfort in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Effective pain care applied on patients who underwent cesarean delivery can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with postoperative pain,improve comfort and care satisfaction of patients,faciliate postoperative health recovery of patients as soon as possible,being worthy of widely application and promotion in clinical practices.
