摘要
目的观察七星针配合针药并用治疗脾胃湿热型脱发患者的临床疗效及头皮温度的变化。方法将65例脾胃湿热型脱发患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例。治疗组采用七星针配合针药并用治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺配合中药治疗。观察两组治疗后6星期和12星期后头皮、头发生长情况,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后头皮温度的变化。结果治疗组治疗6星期和12星期后各项症状积分(掉发情况、头皮情况及头发生长情况)与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗6星期和12星期后总有效率分别为45.5%和90.9%,对照组分别为18.8%和84.4%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组各时间段治疗前后头皮温差均数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后头皮温差比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论七星针配合针药并用是一种治疗脾胃湿热型脱发的有效方法,可较快控制掉发及促进毛发生长。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and the change of scalp temperature in the treatment of alopecia due to heat and dampness in spleen and stomach by seven-star needle plus acupuncture-medication. Methods Sixty five patients with alopecia due to spleen-stomach heat-dampness were randomized into a treatment group of 33 cases and a control group of 32 cases. The treatment group was intervened by seven-star needle plus acupuncture-medication, while the control group was by acupuncture plus Chinese medication. After 6-week and 12-week treatment, the conditions of scalp and hair growth were observed, and the clinical efficacies and the changes of scalp temperature were compared between the two group. Results After 6-week and 12-week treatment, the symptom scores of the treatment group （hair loss, scalp condition and hair growth） were significant different from that of the control group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 45.5% and 90.9% respectively after 6-week and 12-week treatment in the treatment group, versus 18.8% and 84.4% in the control group, and the inter-group differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. There were significant differences in comparing the mean value of scalp temperature at different time points between the two groups （P〈0.01）. There was a significant difference in comparing the change of scalp temperature between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Seven-star needle plus acupuncture-medication is an effective method in treating alopecia due to spleen-stomach heat-dampness, and it can efficiently control the hair loss and promote the hair growth.
