摘要
针刺手法以及刺激量的选择对临床疗效有至关重要的作用,目前关于针刺手法的临床应用研究较少,缺乏经过严格设计的前瞻性随机对照研究不同针刺手法的临床疗效,这也主要是针刺手法的刺激量实际操作很难做到真正的定量化及客观化,操作很难做到重复性以及规范性。本文从针刺手法的量化和客观化、针刺手法的作用机理、针刺手法刺激量和针刺效应的关系三个方面综述了近年来在针刺手法客观化、量化研究方面开展的多学科交叉研究概况,认为多学科交叉的研究思路、研究手段对于针刺手法的量化以及针刺量效关系作用机理的阐明有着积极的意义,提出利用计算机及信息技术对针刺手法参数数据进行数据挖掘可以使得该领域研究进一步深入。
Acupuncture manipulation and the selection of intensities are crucial to clinical acupuncture treatment.Currently,few studies focally probed into the clinical application of acupuncture manipulation,leading to the lack of research into the clinical ef ects of dif erent acupuncture manipulations with designed prospective randomized control ed study.This is mainly at ributed to the dif icult implementation of quantification and objectification in the practices of acupuncture manipulation intensities,which stem from the insuf iciently feasible repeatability and normalization in operations.Hence,in this research,from perspectives of quantification and objectification of acupuncture manipulation,as well as the relations between its intensities and ef ects,the interdisciplinary research situation of the objectification and quantification of acupuncture manipulation was introduced.On the basis of the research,in order to clarify the functioning characteristics and regularities of acupuncture manipulation,we obtain waveform signals during the process of acupuncture manipulation by The ATP-II acupuncture manipulation parameter tester,we use the wavelet packet transform analysis techniques to extract more characteristic parameters of acupuncture manipulation features,and in this study,we proposed the method of calculation of the intensities of stimulation.
