摘要
针对制粒过程中影响针茅草颗粒质量的4个主要因素(粉碎粒度、颗粒直径、原料含水量、膨润土添加量),采用L9 (43)正交试验,形成九组加工处理条件,通过检测不同处理的成型率、密度、硬度并进行感官评定,综合认为针茅草颗粒的最佳加工条件为粉碎粒度6mm、颗粒直径6mm、原料含水量16%~18%、膨润土添加量3%,该条件下生产的针茅草颗粒成型率、密度、硬度、感官品质最佳.
L9 (43)orthogonal experiment was designed according to 4 tactors intluencing the quality of Stipa grass pellets in the pellets process (pellets size,pellets diameter,raw material moisture and bentonite additive amount).The formability of Stipa pellets was assessed comprehensively by testing forming rate,density,hardness,and sensory evaluation in different conditions.The results showed that the optimum processing technique of Stipa grass pellets was grinding particle size 6mm,pellets diameter 6mm,raw material moisture content 16%~18% and bentonite additive amount 3%,the sensory quality,forming rate,density and hardness of Stipa grass pellets produced in this condition were the best.
