摘要
尖尾芋,又名卜芥,学名:Alocasia cucullata,为单子叶植物药天南星科海芋属植物,《中药大辞典》《全国中草药名鉴》《全国中草药汇编》等中药志上均记载其具有清热解毒,消肿镇痛的功效。尖尾芋分布广泛,容易获取,但对尖尾芋的使用,多限于民间。且民间对其药性了解较少,现代药理学药效学的研究报告欠缺。本文正是从实验角度研究尖尾芋的抗炎作用,为临床应用此药提供依据和指导,填补尖尾芋在药效学上的研究空缺,以推广其在临床上的广泛使用。
Alocasia cucullata is a kind of herbal medicine in monocot plant Arisaema Colocasia. It＇s recorded that Alocasia cucullata has the effects of clearing heat,detoxicating,detumescence and analgesia by several Chinese herbal medicine dictionaries. It＇s widely distributed,easy to obtain,but folk do not understand its pharmacological effects much. And we lack the research of it in modern pharmacology. This paper aimed to study the anti-inflammatory effects of Alocasia cucullata from the experimental angle,and provided guidance for the clinical use,and also fill the vacancy of Alocasia cucullata in the study of the pharmacodynamics,promote its widespread use in clinic.
