摘要
利用ANSYS软件分别对超临界水氧化反应器的法兰连接件在预紧时和操作时的受力和变形情况进行有限元分析。通过对连接系统变形协调方程的确立,对反应器螺栓法兰连接件进行了整体分析和各个部件的单独分析,得到了各个部件的应力分布和变形的规律。
The flange fittings in pre-tightening and operation situation was analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS . Based on the establishment of deformation compatibility equation ,the whole system and parts of flange fitting were analyzed ,and the stress distribution and deformation rule of flange fittings were obtained .
