摘要
采用有限元分析方法,应用ANSYS软件分析容器法兰联接的强度,建立计算模型,施加边界条件并进行求解,得到螺栓联接结构的应力分布情况。该模型充分考虑了螺栓联接结构的应力集中,垫片材料的非线性性质和各元件间的接触关系的影响。分析结果显示,预紧和内压工况时,螺栓法兰连接件整体和各元件应力分布趋势基本一致,螺栓受到轴向的拉应力,螺母与法兰环接触受到压紧应力,产生应力集中,法兰环有从内向外张开的趋势。
The finite element analysis method is used,the stress of vessel's flanged connection is analyzed with ANSYS Software,calculation model is built,boundary condition is applied to find solution,and the stress distribution of bolt connection is obtained.This model adequately considered the influences of the stress concentration of bolt connection structure,the non-linear property of gasket material and the contacting of components.The analytical result shows,under the preloading and internal loading condition,the stress distribution trench of whole bolt flanged connecting parts and all the components are basically consistent,the bolt are under axial tensile stress,the contact of nut and flange ring are subjected to the compression stress,which result in the trends of stress concentration and the flange ring opening outward.
