摘要
民国时期是高等教育非常重要的一个发展时期。通过分析董事会、校长、教授这三个内部治理的核心要素,对民国时期私立大学的内部治理运行机制进行了梳理,总结其内部治理结构的特征,并对民办高校治理存在的问题提出了针对性意见,以期对民办高校的治理提供有益借鉴。
The period of the republic of China is a very important development stage for higher education. This paper discusses three core elements of internal governance in private universities, namely, the board of directors, the principals and the professors. It classifies the internal governance mechanism, summarizes its characteristics of internal governance structure during the period of the republic of China, and ultimately, puts forward some suggestions relevant to the problems in the contemporary private universities for the sake of their better management.
