摘要
在已有关于中国林业人才问题研究的基础上,通过对内蒙古红花尔基林业局的人才现状进行调查,分析结果表明:中国林业发展新形势下林业人才出现了新的突出问题,即人才老龄化严重,林业人才后续力量严重不足,以及满足新形势发展需求的专业人才不足。在对相关问题分析的基础上,提出一些相关对策和建议。
Based on the literature review and a visit to the basic level of the Honghuaerji forestry bureau in inner Mongolia,this paper finds some extrusive problems of the forestry industry in our country. Those problems include the aging of the talents,the unsustainable of the supply of the talents which caused by the acceleration of urbanization,and the insufficient of the professional talents formed by the change of the situation. In addition,some countermeasures are proposed.
