摘要 以水产品为研究对象,综述了电子鼻和近红外检测技术在水产品品质评定中的研究进展,分析了二者在实际应用中的利弊,展望了二者在水产品新鲜度评定中联合应用的可行性和实际意义。 In this paper,the aquatic products were as research object. The main research progress of electronic nose or the near infrared spectroscopy application in assessment of aquatic products were summarized. Meanwhile,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and the outlook on the feasibility and practical implications of their joint application in freshness evaluation of aquatic products were made.
