The Last Master of German Historicist Tradition:A Study of Friedrich Meinecke's Thought

摘要弗里德里希·梅尼克是"德国历史学派"的最后一位大师,在他身上充分显示出该学派在后期所遭遇的困境。本文通过对梅尼克著作所进行的历时性的和背景还原式的考察,揭示出在其思想中所体现的他试图克服但却伴随其一生的一系列矛盾,其中最为主要的是权力与文化之间的矛盾,及其对这些矛盾在不同时期的著作中加以不同方式的处理。经过辨析,我们可以发现,终其一生,这些矛盾都没有被完全克服。 Friedrich Meinecke is the last master of ＂German Historicist Tradition＂, whose thought revealed the difficulties in the last stage of this tradition. Through the diachronic and contextual approaches to his works, we can find a series of contradictions in his thought, especially the contradiction of the relationship between power and culture, which were with him all his life. He attempted to resolve these contradictions in different ways in his different works of different age. Through discussion, we can find that he did not resolve these contradictions totally in his life.
