摘要
本试验旨在研究宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)对哺乳仔猪生长性能和肝脏氧化及抗氧化指标的影响。试验选择10头胎次和体况接近的妊娠母猪,分娩后,分别从每头母猪所产仔猪中挑选1头正常初生重(NBW)新生仔猪和1头IUGR新生仔猪,即10头NBW新生仔猪和10头IUGR新生仔猪,分别为NBW组与IUGR组。记录各阶段仔猪的体重,分别测定7、23日龄时仔猪肝脏氧化及抗氧化指标。结果表明:7、14和23日龄时,IUGR组仔猪体重均显著低于NBW组(P〈0.05);1~7日龄时,IUGR组仔猪平均日增重(ADG)较NBW组有降低趋势(P=0.075),8~14日龄与15~23日龄时,IUGR组仔猪ADG较NBW组显著降低(P〈0.05);7日龄时,与NBW组相比,IUGR组仔猪肝脏过氧化氢酶活性显著降低(P〈0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P=0.099)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P=0.076)有降低的趋势;23日龄时,与NBW组相比,IUGR组仔猪肝脏中T-AOC、SOD的活性显著降低(P〈0.05),清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)的能力有降低趋势(P=0.098),肝脏丙二醛含量显著升高(P〈0.05)。综上,与NBW猪相比,IUGR会导致仔猪哺乳期生长速度缓慢,7、23日龄时肝脏的抗氧化能力降低。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) on growth performance and hepatic oxidative and anti-oxidative parameters of suckling piglets. Ten pregnant sows with the similar parity and body condition were selected, and after parturition, ten normal body weight (NBW) piglets and ten IUGR piglets were selected according to birth weight. Thus, all piglets were distributed into 2 groups ( NBW and IUGR groups, respectively). Determination of body weight was performed at speci- fied days, and anti-oxidative parameters in the liver of pigs at 7 and 23 days of age were measured at slaughter. The results showed as follows: compared with NBW group, the body weight of pigs in IUGR group was sig- nificantly decreased at 7, 14, and 23 days of age, respectively (P〈0.05), the average daily gain(ADG) of pigs in IUGR group was numerically decreased at 1 to 7 days of age (P= 0.075) , and there was a significant decrease in the ADG of pigs in IUGR group at 8 to 14 days of age and 15 to 23 days of age, respectively ( P〈 0.05). IUGR significantly decreased the activity of catalase (CAT) in the liver of pigs compared with the NBW pigs at 7 days of age ( P〈0.05), and tendency toward decrease in total-oxidizing ability (T-AOC) ( P = 0.099) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) (P= 0.076) were observed in IUGR group; at 23 days of age, a notably reduce was found in T-AOC and the activity of SOD in the liver of pigs in IUGR group ( P〈0.05 ), and there was a tendency to decrease the ability of 1,6-Bis ( diphenylphosphino ) hexane free radical (DPPH ~ ) scavenging (P= 0.098). In conclusion, IUGR has a permanent stunting effect on growth perform- ance of pigs and damages hepatic antioxidant ability of pigs at 7 and 23 days of age.
