大豆黄酮对肥育猪生产性能的影响及其作用机制探讨 被引量:35

EFFECTS OF DAIDZEIN ON GROWTH PERFORMANCE AND ITS POTENTIAL MECHANISM IN FINISHING PIGS

摘要 选用60头体重约50kg的犤杜×(大×长)犦三元杂交猪,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每重复4头,分别饲喂含不同剂量大豆黄酮(0、5、10、15和25mg/kg)的同种饲粮,试验结束时采血制血清,对血液生化指标进行分析,研究大豆黄酮对肥育猪生产性能的影响。结果表明:添加大豆黄酮使肥育猪的平均日增重提高(P>0.05)、料重比降低(P>0.05);血液T淋巴细胞CD8+亚群比例显著降低(P<0.05),CD4+亚群比例显著提高(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值也显著提高(P<0.05);血清尿素氮含量降低(P<0.05),血清T3、T4含量升高(P>0.05);血液MDA含量降低(P>0.05),血清SOD、GSH-Px的活性升高(P>0.05)。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of daidzein on growth performance and its potential mechanism in finishing pigs.Sixty crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)pigs,weighing an average of 50 kg,were divided by body weight and sex into five treatments with three replicates of four pigs in each treatment.The pigs were fed either a control diet(13.39MJ/kg DE,16%CP)or the control diet supplemented with 5,10,15 and 25 mg/kg of daidzein.The results showed that ADG and F/G tended to be improved as the inclusion levels of daidzein increased.Ratio of CD4+ subgroup to T-lymphocyte significantly increased,ratio of CD8+ subgroup significantly decreased in serum of the pigs fed the diets supplemented with daidzein.Daidzein tended to decrease concentrations of serum urea nitrogen,increase concentrations of serum T3 and T4 and enhance activity of SOD and GSH-Px,but did not affect level of GH in serum.
