摘要
本文结合山西实际,从生态经济、生态环境、生态社会、生态文化四个方面构建了一套由30个评价指标构成的生态文明建设评价指标体系,其中各指标的权重由灰色层次分析法来确定。运用该指标体系对山西2008-2012年的生态文明建设情况进行具体的分析评价,并针对其中问题提出推进生态文明建设的对策建议。
Combining with the reality of Shanxi province, this paper constructs an evaluative index system of ecological civilization construction from the aspects of ecological economics, ecological environment, ecological society and ecological culture, which consist of thirty evaluation indexes. The weight of every index is determined by the GAHP method. This paper uses the index system to analyze and evaluate the circumstances of ecological civilization construction in Shanxi province from 2008 to 2012 accurately. This paper proposes some measures and advices to promote ecological civilization construction aimed at the problems.
