摘要
阐述了冒顶隐患探测仪的测试原理,详细分析了探测仪压力传感器、数据处理模块等主体结构的设计依据与过程,介绍了顶板冒顶隐患测试仪适用条件、安装及操作过程,并在中煤集团五家沟矿进行了实践研究,通过对所得数据进行分析,详细准确地得出了顶板岩层的破碎情况,了解了巷道冒顶隐患程度,为顶板补强支护设计、支护设计修正等提供了重要的依据。
The paper stated the test principle of the potential caving hazard detector of roof , analyzed design basis and process of the detector’ s main structure such as pressure sensor and the data processing module in detail.This text introduced the suitable conditions, the installation and operation process of the potential ca-ving hazard detector of roof, and the practice research was conducted in Wujiagon Coal Mine of China National Coal Group Corp.With the analysis of the data obtained, the breaking of roof strata were accurately mastered in detail.The degree of the roof’ s potential caving hazard provides an important basis for extra support design and support design modification of roof.
