摘要 为了及时发现巷道冒顶高风险区域,建立了顶板岩层稳定跨距计算力学模型,分析了岩层稳定性的主要影响因素,获得了稳定跨距判别计算公式,并将稳定岩层的位置变化作为冒顶隐患级别分划的指标,与支护参数建立联系同时易于量化。以此为基础借助于顶板探测仪和岩层结构窥视仪等观测工具,对任意岩性组合的单个钻孔进行冒顶隐患级别判定,将其划分为稳定、中等稳定、不稳定和极不稳定4种类型,在对大量钻孔数据分析的基础上,利用SURFER软件的插值与绘图功能,得出全矿井顶板冒顶隐患级别分类图,清晰地标示出冒顶高风险区域,可有针对性地及时采取防治措施,大大降低巷道冒顶事故发生的概率。 In order to detect the high risk areas of roof caving accident,a mechanical model to calculate the stable span of the roof strata was built,the analysis of the main factors of strata stability was done,the discriminant formula of the stable span was acquired,it became easier to quantitate with the established contacts between the roof stability classification according to the position changes of stable rock,and support parameters.Based on this and the help of roof detector and rock structure peep instrument,the roof stability classification of single borehole in any combinations of litho logy is classified into stable,mid-stable,unstable,extremely unstable four grades.The roof stability classification map,which is drawn based on extensive borehole data analysis and the interpolation and drawing function of SUPFER,can clearly marks the high risk areas,it can greatly reduce the probability of roof caving accident and ensure the safe production of coal mining via taking preventive measures targeted and in time.
