肺炎患儿外周血T淋巴细胞表型分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肺炎患儿外周血淋巴细胞膜上CD+3,CD+3CD+4,CD+3CD+8及CD+4CD+25(调节性T细胞,regulatory T,Treg)的分布情况,了解患儿的机体免疫功能与肺炎的关系及调节性T细胞在肺炎患儿中的表达情况。方法采用流式细胞术分析75例肺炎患儿(试验组)外周血淋巴细胞中CD+3,CD+3CD+4,CD+3CD+8及CD+4CD+25表达情况并与30例健康对照进行比较。结果试验组CD+3,CD+3CD+8细胞均低于健康对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组CD+3CD+4,CD4/CD8均低于对照组,试验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组CD+4CD+25表达大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎患儿CD+3,CD+3CD+4,CD+3CD+8细胞表达均低于对照组,CD4/CD8比值降低,调节性T细胞在肺炎患者外周血细胞中的表达均高于正常对照,肺炎患儿存在免疫功能异常。
