摘要
目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法选取68例恶性胸腔积液患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各34例,对照组采用注射顺铂治疗,观察组采用复方苦参注射液联合顺铂治疗。观察比较两组患者的近期疗效、生活质量改善情况(KPS评分)以及不良反发生情况。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为85.29%,明显高于对照组的61.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的生活质量改善率为74.47%,对照组的生活质量改善率为44.12%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为29.41%,对照组的不良反应发生率为55.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液,效果显著,不良反应发生率较低,且能有效改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Kushen injection combined with cis-platinum in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Sixty-eight patients with malignant pleural effusion were selected as the study subjects and were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 patients in each group. The control group were received cis-platinum injection treatment,the observation group were received compound Kushen injection combined with cis-platinum treatment.The efficacy,the improvement of quality of life （KPS score） as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.29%,which was higher than 61.76% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The post-treatment life quality improvement rate of the observation group was 74.47% and that of the control group was 44.12%,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 29.41%,which was lower than 55.88%of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The appli-cation of compound Kushen injection combined with cis-platinum in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion has re-markable efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions,can effectively improve the patients’quality of life.
