瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法 86例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,每组43例。对照组行常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀及曲美他嗪。观察两组临床效果。结果治疗组(总有效率95.35%)与照组(总有效率81.40%)临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上,加用瑞舒伐他汀及曲美他嗪可进一步改善心功能,提高临床疗效。
