摘要
目的观察电话随访在脊柱结核患者出院后治疗依从性的影响.方法：选取238 例脊柱结核患者为研究对象,将患者按出院先后顺序随机分为两组,对照组行常规出院介绍,实验组在常规出院介绍的基础上进行定期电话随访.比较两组患者出院治疗依从性.结果：实验组在服药、定期检查、饮食、功能锻炼等方面依从性高于对照组.两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对脊柱结核出院后患者行电话随访,能有效提高其治疗依从性.
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of telephone follow-up treatment compliance in patients with spinal tuberculosis after discharge. Methods：238 cases of spinaltuberculosis patients as the research object, the patients according to the discharge order were ranliance. Results：in the experimental group in the medication, regular inspection, diet,exercise and other compliance is higher than that of control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the patients with spinal tuberculosis postdischarge telephone follow-up, can effectively improve the treatment compliance.
