Multi-objective Optimization of Power Li-ion Battery Quick Charging Based on Improved PNGV Model

摘要 锂电池快速充电是电动汽车的研究重点,快速且深度的充电使电动汽车的使用更加便捷,目前锂电池快速充电的研究仍处于起步阶段,现已提出的快速充电方案种类繁多,但具体原理和应用细则没有得到详细的研究。针对此问题,对电池等效电路PNGV模型进行改进并辨识参数,降低模型误差,对充电过程建立数学模型,结合带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II),对快速充电方案进行多目标优化,得到Pareto前端即为快速充电的具体优化方案库。在方案库中可根据具体充电需要选择相应充电方案,比如在特定时间下选择快速充电方案,保证充电深度达最深。快速充电优化的方案通过NEWARE电池测试平台进行实验验证,实验结果证实了该方案的可行性。 Power li-ion battery quick charging is an important research emphasis in the field of electric vehicle, and quick and deep charging makes it more convenient when using electric vehicles. At present the research of quick charging lithium battery is still in a fledging period, and various types of fast charging scheme were proposed, but specific principles and application rules have not been researched in detail. Amid at this problem, we improve the PNGV model, identify the parameters and build the charging math model. With the charging math model and algorithm of NSGA-II, the multi-objective optimization problem of quick charge is solved and the front part of Pareto is obtained. Based on the specific requirement, the appropriate choice is selected from the quick charging schemes library. For example, when the charging time is determined, the least charging lose solution is selected. The simulation results of quick charging is tested and verified using the instrument of the NEWARE Company.
