基于PNGV电容模型的LiFePO_4电池性能仿真与实验 被引量:8

摘要 电池的模型特性是车用电池管理系统SOC估算的重要基础。以某公司生产的60 Ah磷酸铁锂电池为对象,测定了电池的充放电特性;以选定的PNGV电容模型为基础,利用Matlab软件中Regress函数获得了充、放电方向电池模型辨识参数,并在Simulink中建立相应的仿真模型;结合复合脉冲功率(HPPC)循环实验、恒流放电实验和动态工况实验,验证了该模型具有较高的精度与适用范围,能够用于电池组动态特性的分析。 The characteristic of a battery model is an important basis to estimate SOC of the battery management system in vehicles.A commercial 60 Ah LiFePO4 Li-ion power battery system was used for this research,and the charge and discharge characteristics of this battery were measured.Based on the PNGV capacitance model,model parameters were identified with the regress function in Matlab,and then an simulation model for PNGV was developed by Simulink.HPPC test,constant-current discharge and dynamic performance test were conducted to validate the simulation model.The test results indicate that this PNGV capacitance model is capable of providing analysis to the dynamic behavior of a battery system,with fairly good accuracy and wide application.
