摘要
家庭农场的学术研究随着家庭农场实践的推进而逐渐浓厚,目前学术界普遍认为家庭农场有着自身的生产优势,是适合我国国情的农业生产方式,但土地流转困难、资金短缺等问题阻碍了家庭农场的发展,如何破解这些难题就成为学者共同研究的课题。由于家庭农场刚刚起步,学术界在家庭农场经营者的资格限制、家庭农场的经营规模、雇工问题、法律认定以及是通过土地国有化还是私有化来解决土地流转难的问题等方面存在比较明显的分歧。未来对家庭农场的研究应以多学科的视角,立足中国国情,探讨中国式家庭农场的发展规律。
With the promotion of the family farm practice ,growing interest is shown in relevant research .At present it is believed in the academia circles that the family farm has its own production advantages and is a suitable mode for China ’ s agricultural production .However,difficulties in land transfer ,shortage of funds and other problems have hindered the development of family farms .How to solve these problems has become a new research topic .As family farm is a relatively new practice ,scholars disagree on such issues as the family farm operators’qualification restriction,family farm scale,employee issues,legal recognition,and whether the difficulties in land transfer should be solved with privatization or land nationalization .Future research on family farms should be conducted from a multidisciplinary perspective based on China ’ s national conditions to explore their development in China .
