摘要
利用系统工程的理论和方法对黄冈市奶牛生产进行系统分析,利用系统诊断的方法,确定奶牛生产风险的主要因素、次要因素和一般因素。通过对影响奶牛生产风险因素的分析,并根据奶牛生产风险评价指标体系建立的原则,确立黄冈市奶牛生产风险评价指标体系,依据评价标准确定的原则,提出比较适宜的黄冈市奶牛生产风险评价标准。
This paper proposes a systematic analysis of the situation of milk production in Huangang city of Hubei province by using the theory and methodology of system engineering and identifies the major, minor and general risk factors for milk production by systematic diagnosis. Through analysis of these risk factors, a risk assessment indicator system for milk production in Huangang city is established based on the principles of risk assessment indicator systems. Meanwhile, appropriate risk assessment criteria for milk production in the city are also presented in this article.
