摘要
[目的]观察经皮穴位电刺激联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用经皮穴位电刺激加温针灸治疗,对照组60例采用温针灸治疗。治疗1个疗程(15d)后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈24例,有效32例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%;对照组治愈13例,有效34例,无效13例,总有效率78.33%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后疼痛指数差值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]经皮穴位电刺激结合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好临床疗效,且镇痛效果明显。
[Objective] To observe effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（TEAS） combined warming needle moxibustion for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. [Methods] The 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 60 cases with TEAS combined warming needle moxibustion treatment, control group 60 cases with warming needle moxibustion treatment. one course of treatment（15d） to determine ef-ficacy.[Result] The treatment group were cured 24 cases, improved 32 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency rate for 93.33%. The control group were cured 13 cases, improved 34 cases, invalid 13 cases, the total efficiency rate for 78.33%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. And there was a very significant difference in pain index changes between the two groups after treatment（ P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]TEAS combined warming needle moxibustion in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is effective, and the analgesic effect is obvious.
