摘要
目的评价采用情境教学法对口腔专业医护人员进行心肺复苏培训的效果。方法将2013年参加心肺复苏培训的40名新职工随机分为两组,各20名。分别采用传统授课法、情境教学法进行培训。培训结束后对两组的试卷考核、技能考核、现场模拟考核情况进行比较。结果传统授课组和情境教学组的试卷、技能考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在现场模拟考核中,情境教学组完成整个抢救过程的平均时间短于传统授课组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.55,P<0.01)。结论采用情境教学法进行心肺复苏培训,医务人员能有效掌握心肺复苏技能,充分利用院内抢救设施,迅速组建抢救团队,为提高抢救成功率打下良好的基础。
Objective To assess the effect of using situational teaching method(STM)on cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training in oral health care professionals. Methods Forty new employees who joined CPR training in 2010 were equally randomized to two groups,who were respectively trained by traditional lecture,or STM.After completion of the training,examinations of question papar,skills and spot-simulated were conducted and compared. Results There was no significant differences between the two groups in terms of records of question paper and skills assessment(P〈0.05).In spot-simulated examination,the time spent in the STM group to complete the whole process of rescue was shorter than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.55,P〉0.01). Conclusion Using situational teaching method in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation can help medical workers master skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,make full use of available rescue facilities in the hospital,and quickly organize a rescue team,so as to lay agood foundation for raising rescue success rate.
