文章介绍了南京儿童医院开展新员工岗前培训的实践,阐述了对新员工进行岗前培训,是帮助新员工尽快完成角色转变,以适应临床医疗工作的需要;是加强医院人力资源和队伍建设的重要内容,是医院健康持续发展的必然选择。
The pre-job comprehensive training is one of the important lessons for the medical college graduates and a crucial link in the administration of human resources in hospitals.This paper introduces the experience in pre-job training for new staff in Nanjing Children＇s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University.It is expounded that the pre-job training program,as an important part of administration of human resources,is helpful for the new staff to change their role and meet the needs of clinical services.It is also an inevitable road for the hospitals＇ sustainable and healthy development.
