摘要
利用DEA对北部湾区域物流的效率进行分析,得出北部湾区域物流目前问题主要表现为物流投资过剩和物流需求产出不足,且规模收益处于递增阶段。通过灰色预测模型GM(1,1)分析北部湾未来几年的物流发展效率,结果表明北部湾在2018年之前,物流发展情况表现为规模收益递增但规模效率无效。在2014年之前改变物流发展模式,可以有效防止北部湾物流效率低的情况发生,并且可以通过加大物流投资和提高物流技术来达到改善物流发展效率的目的。
In this paper, using DEA, we analyzed the efficiency of the logistics system of the Beibuwan region, and identified the major problems. Next, through a GM（1,1）-based analysis, we forecast the logistics efficiency of the region for the next few years and in view of the findings, proposed the corresponding suggestions.
