摘要
目的:观察云南白药对整体动物精神神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统和体温的影响,为全面评价云南白药的药理作用和安全性提供依据。方法:观察小鼠、犬分别口服给与云南白药对动物中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统的影响。小鼠经口灌胃给予云南白药0.3、1.2、4.8 g/kg剂量,Beagle犬经口灌胃给予0.20、0.54、1.62 g/kg剂量,观察云南白药对动物的一般药理学作用。结果:云南白药对小鼠自主活动有减少影响并呈剂量关系,剂量越高活动数减少越明显,反应出现时间也早;4.8 g/kg剂量有延长小鼠睡眠时间的协同影响和增加小鼠受电击次数的影响,但1.2和0.3 g/kg剂量未见类似反应,与0.5%CMC-Na对照组相似;云南白药对小鼠的一般行为无影响。云南白药对犬的心血管系统、呼吸系统、体温无明显影响。各剂量组给药后的血压、心电指标、呼吸频率、呼吸幅度和体温均与给药前相似;且各剂量组各检测时间点的血压、心电指标、呼吸频率、呼吸幅度和体温变化幅度与相应时间的0.5%CMC-Na对照组相似。结论:在本试验剂量条件下,云南白药对小鼠精神神经系统有一定影响,对主要表现为对小鼠自主活动有减少影响并呈剂量关系,对小鼠睡眠时间的阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠协同影响和增加小鼠受电击次数的影响(在4.8 g/kg剂量条件下)。对犬心血管、呼吸系统和体温无明显影响。
Objective : To determine the effect of Yunnan Baiyao on the vital organs or systems functions and to identify undesirable pharmacodynamic propeties of them, and then to provide the experimental basis for human safety. Methods : Mice as well as dogs were given Yunnan Baiyao respectively orally to determine the influence on cardiovascular respiratory and central nervous system of animals. Results :There was no significant difference in coordination test to the animals that were treated with Yunnan Baiyao for oral administration,and those dosages were 0.3,1.2,4.8 g/kg. Compared with the control group, the motor activity of mice was reduced in a dose - dependent manner and drugs in the group of Yunnan Baiyao for oral administration 4.8 g/kg significantly prolonged the time of failing asleep in the test of hypnosis induced by pentobarbital sodium in mice. There was no significant difference in blood pressure, respiration, heart rate, ECG compared with the pre -administration and ST segment had no significant displacement. Conclusion:Yunnan Baiyao had no signifi- cant effect on the central nervous systems of experimental animals in our test, and 4.8 g/kg dose of it had significant syn- ergies with pentobarbital sodium induced sleep in mice. Yunnan Baiyao had no significant effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
