摘要
目的探讨消化道恶性肿瘤患者对其肺功能的影响。方法选取2010年11月至2012年11月期间在我院住院治疗的100例消化道恶性肿瘤患者(病例组)作为研究对象。检测所有患者的肺功能障碍和弥散性障碍的发生情况以及各项肺功能指标,将其与健康人(对照组)的肺功能指标进行比较,分析消化道肿瘤对患者的肺功能产生的影响。结果病例组患者中发生肺功能障碍28例,发生弥散性障碍35例。病例组患者的用力肺活量FVC、第一秒用力肺活量FEV1、峰值呼吸流速(PEF)、用力呼气75%瞬时流速(FEF75)、用力呼气50%瞬时流速(FEF50)、用力呼气25%瞬时流速(FEF25)、每分钟最大通气量MVV等肺功能指标与对照组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组患者和对照组的残气量RV、肺总量TLC以及残气量与肺总量比值RV/TLC结果比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道恶性肿瘤患者的肺功能受损,影响患者的肺通气功能和弥散性功能,对肺功能的影响程度可能与患者的消化道肿瘤类型和分期有关。
Objective To evaluate the change of lung function of patients with malignant tumor in digestive tract. Methods From November 2010 to November 2012, 100 cases of patients with malignant tumor in digestive tract who hospitalize in our hospital （Case group） were selected as object of study. To defect the pulmonary dysfunetio,diffuse disorder and the indexes of lung function in all patients with malignant digestive tumor.with those of the normal people （Control group） to compare,in order to analysis on the effect of pulmonary function in patients with digestive malignant tumor. Results In case group, 28 cases were detected with lung dysfunction, 35 cases were with diff-usion barriers. Indexes of lung function, such as FVC, FEV1, PEF, FEF75, FEF50, FEF25 and MVV in case group were statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） than in control group. The RV, TLC and RV/TLC of the case group were higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Malignant tumor in digestive tract can impair the lung function, influence the patient＇s ventilation function and diffusion function. The degree of impact on lung function may be associated with the types and stages of the tumor.
