摘要
将生石灰作为除磷材料,用以处理含磷废水.在不同初始磷浓度含磷废水中投入不同量生石灰,测量出残余磷浓度,计算出生石灰有效利用率,得出生石灰能够较快且有效地从含磷废水中去除磷,且对高浓度含磷废水中有更好效果.通过pH在除磷时的变化规律,研究生石灰除磷机理,并借助FTIR等表征发现,生石灰的主要成分为CaO,该材料在含磷废水中能够快速释放Ca2+和OH-,并与磷酸根离子发生混凝反应,形成磷酸钙沉淀从而达到除磷的目的.
Quicklime can be used to removal phosphorus from the phosphorus-containing wastewater.Different amount of quick lime is put into the different initial concentration of phosphorus wastewater.Effective utilization rate of lime calculation can be born for measuring the residual phosphorus concentration.The research result shows that phosphorus can be removed quickly and effectively from the phosphoruscontaining wastewater by quicklime.And the high concentration of phosphorus wastewater has high effect.Through the changing rule of the pH in phosphorus removal,quicklime phosphorus removal mechanism has been studied.According to the characterization of FT-IR,Ca2+and OH-released from quicklime(the main component is CaO),and the reacted with phosphate ions to form calcium phosphate precipitation to remove phosphorus from the phosphorus-containing wastewater.
