摘要
钢铁酸洗废液是一种常见的污染物,利用其生产聚合硫酸铁,可以实现废物的综合利用。论述了聚合硫酸铁的合成原理,探讨了用钢铁酸洗废液生产聚合硫酸铁的工艺流程,通过实验研究确定了生产工艺中适宜的温度、压力、反应时间、反应物组成和原料浓缩时蒸发器温度等条件。采用该工艺所得产品质量好、净水效率高。
The iron and steel acid washing waste liquid is a common pollutant, which can be used to produce polyferric sulfate and realize comprehensive utilization of waste. This paper focuses on the principles of synthetic polyferric sulfate, and goes further into the technological process of its production in iron and steel acid washing waste liquid. By experimental research, the paper defines the technological conditions such as the appropriate temperature, pressure, reaction time, the composition of reaction substance and temperature of evaporator when materials being condensed. The product thus produced has good quality. And high purified water efficiency is realized as well.
