摘要
目的：调查分析产妇孕前、孕期保健情况,探讨其影响因素,为开展有针对性的保健工作提供依据。方法：对2012年1月~8月在鄂州市妇幼保健院分娩的产妇进行面对面的问卷调查,采用Epidata 3.1软件对问卷进行录入,采用SPSS18.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果：共收集2 180名产妇的问卷,婚检率和计划妊娠率分别为32.0%、25.3%;产检达到4次、首次产检在妊娠3个月内进行的产妇比例分别为60.8%和31.4%;孕期服用保健品、主动获取保健知识、被动吸烟的孕妇比例分别为68.9%、36.2%、39.1%。文化程度、家庭收入水平、距离最近医疗点和主动获取保健知识对产妇产检能否达到4次有显著性影响,差异有统计学意义。（P〈0.05）。结论：孕前、孕期保健有待改善,提高产妇文化水平、增加收入和就医便利程度和培养主动获取保健知识意识是改善孕前、孕期保健的途径。
Objective： To Investigate and analyze the progestational and prenatal health care status of pregnant women and influencing factors, provide a basis for conducting effective maternal health care work. Methods： Face to face questionnaire survey was conducted among the pregnant women giving birth to their babies in the hospital from January to August in 2012 by Epidata 3.1 software, SPSS 18.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results： A total of 2 180 questionnaires were collected, the premarital medical examination and planned pregnancy rate were 32. 0% and 25.3% , respectively; the proportions of pregnant women receiving prenatal examination for four times and receiving prenatal examination for the first time during the first trimester of pregnancy were 60. 8% and 31.4% , respectively; the proportions of pregnant women taking health care products, obtaining health care knowledge actively and passive smoking were 68.9% , 36. 2% and 39. 1%, respectively. Educational level, family income, distance from the nearest medical point and initiative for health care knowledge were influencing factors of receiving prenatal examination for four times, there were statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Progestational and prenatal health care status need to be improved. To improve the maternal educational level and increase income and medical convenience, it is very important to cultivate the initiative for obtaining health care knowledge.
