摘要
目的了解影响孕妇产前检查因素,分析影响孕妇产前检查因素的原因,提出对策改善孕妇孕期保健状况。方法对2005年2-7月入住本院产科的247名孕妇产前检查的情况进行调查分析。结果孕妇的文化程度、经济收入、产次、居住地、户籍所在地是影响其产前检查达标的主要因素,而产检不达标的孕妇发生高危妊娠者高于达标者。结论提高孕妇产前检查达标率应以加强宣传教育,完善医疗保障制度,充分发挥社区医疗服务网络的作用为重点,同时做好外来流动人员的管理工作。
Objective To understand the factors influencing antenatal examination of pregnant women and come up with the countermeasures for promoting antenatal care. Methods Two hundred and forty-seven pregnant women hospitalized from February to July 2005 were investigated concerning antenatal examinations. Results The major factors influencing the standard antenatal examinations were education, economic status, times of delivery, resident places and permanent residence. Those who didn＇t meet the standard of antenatal examinations were more subject to high-risk pregnancy than those who did. Conclusion To improve the rate of meeting the standards of antenatal examinations, we must strengthen community medical service network and meanwhile attach importance education and perfect the medical system, make full use of the to the management of pregnant women from other places.
