番茄红素对小鼠免疫功能的促进作用 被引量:21

摘要 目的研究不同剂量番茄红素对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为低、中、高3个剂量组和阴性对照组,剂量组动物分别灌胃给予0.37、3.67和11 mg/kg·BW的番茄红素,阴性对照组给予食用植物油,连续灌胃30 d后,对小鼠进行细胞免疫指标、体液免疫指标、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及NK细胞活性测定。结果中和高剂量组小鼠足跖肿胀度值明显高于阴性对照组(P<0.01),高剂量组小鼠脾脏抗体生成数明显高于阴性对照组(P<0.01),中和高剂量组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数明显高于阴性对照组。结论番茄红素能够增强小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。
