摘要
揉搓筒是秸秆揉丝机的关键部件。为了研究秸秆揉丝机揉搓机构内部物料的流动特征,采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法,基于ANSYS-Fluent软件,选用标准k-ε模型,研究了揉搓机构内的流体力学特性,获取了揉搓筒内的压力和速度等参数及物料的流动特征,为进一步设计和改进此类揉搓机构提供参考。
Rubbing room is the key to the rubbing filament machine. In order to examine the flow characteristic of the crop rubbing filament machine, the paper using computation fluid dynamics method, using ANSYS Fluent software, choose standard k-epsilon model, study the fluid mechanics characteristic of the rubbing organizations, access to knead the pressure inside the cylinder, the parameters such as velocity, turbulence dissipation rate and the flow characteristics of the material. For further design and improve such knead institutions to provide the reference.
