摘要
针对新型锤片式粉碎机的粉碎效率很高但分离效率与粉碎效率相比偏低的问题,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对新型锤片式粉碎机分离装置内部气固两相流动进行了三维数值模拟,得出了在回料管不同负压情况下分离装置内物料浓度分布状况。计算结果分析表明,回料管内负压是影响粉碎机分离效率的关键因素之一。同时,找出了负压大小与分离效率之间的关系,为新型锤片式粉碎机回料管的优化设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the problem of high sieving efficiency of new hammer mill but exist separation efficiency compared with the sieving efficiency is low. A 3-D numerical simulation on air-material two phase flow of sieving set-up of a new hammer mill was carried out by means of software FLUENT. The material concentration distribution pattern of the sieving set-up under the different negative pressure was obtained. Through analyzing the results of calculation, shows that the negative pressure of material-returning pipe is one of the key factors of impact sieving efficiency and find out the relationship between the negative pressure and the sieving efficiency, to provide a theoretical basis for optimal design of material -returning pipe of a new hammer mill.
