宇航用光纤连接器的设计及制造技术

摘要 国外光纤连接器已经成功地应用于卫星内部、卫星与卫星之间、卫星与航天飞机等空间站之间的高速信息的传输。目前,国内研制宇航用光纤连接器已经成为研究工作的热点,本文件介绍了宇航用光纤连接器的结构设计及制造技术,此光纤连接器已经通过宇航相关的环境和机械性能试验,而且性能良好,满足宇航的要求。 The overseas fiber optic connectors have been successfully used in the high-speed information transmission in satellite interior, between satellite and satellites, and even among satellite, space shuttle and space station. This article describes the manufacturing technology and the structural design of optical fiber connector for aerospace use. The optical fiber connector has passed the aerospace-related environmental test and mechanical tests, and it has perfect performance which will meet the requirements of aerospace.
