氨氮对红鳍东方鲀生长及能量收支的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Ammonia on Growth and Energy Budgets of Redfin Puffer Takifugu rubripes

摘要 在水温21.1-24.6℃,氨氮质量浓度分别为0(对照组)、2.41、4.82、7.23mg/L和9.64mg/L条件下,进行红鳍东方鲀[体质量(18.42±0.13)g]生长与能量收支的研究。试验结果表明,随着水中氨氮质量浓度的升高,红鳍东方鲀的特定生长率、摄食率、吸收率和转化效率显著减小;粪能(F)、排泄能(U)、代谢能(R)占摄食能(C)的比例均随氨氮浓度升高而显著增加,代谢能(R)占同化能(A)的比例也出现增加,而生长能(G)占摄食能(C)与同化能(A)的比例均随氨氮质量浓度增加而减小。不同氨氮水平的能量收支方程为:对照组:100.00C=32.23G+3.23F+6.92U+57.62R;氨氮质量浓度2.41mg/L组:100.00C=29.57G+3.56F+7.43U+59.44R;氨氮质量浓度4.82mg/L组:100.00C=28.12G+3.84F+7.51U+60.53R;氨氮质量浓度7.23mg/L组:100.00C=24.24G+4.41F+8.00U+63.62R;氨氮质量浓度9.64mg/L组:100.00C=18.38G+4.47F+8.29U+65.86R。 The influence of different concentrations of ammonia (0, 2.41 mg/L, 4.82 mg/L, 7.23 mg/L and 9.64 mg/L) on the growth and energy budget of redfin puffer Takifugu rubripes [wetbody weight (18. 42±0.13)g] was investigated at 21. 1 -24.6 ℃. The results showed that the specific growth rate, food intake,feed absorptivity rate and feed conversion rate of the redfin puffer were found to be reduced significantly with the ammonia concentration increased. The percentage of defecation energy, excretion energy and metabolizable energy accounted for feeding energy was increased significantly with ammonia concentration increased,as same as the proportion of metabolic energy of assimilated energy. However, the ratio of growth energy to feeding energy and assimilated energy was decreased with increased ammonia concentration. Energy budgets of the redfin puffer at different concentrations of ammonia were expressed as the following equations: Control group.100.00C=32.23G+3. 23F+6.92U+57.62R; and Group of 2. 41 mg/L: 100.00C= 29. 57G+ 3.56F+ 7.43U+ 59.44R ; Group of 4.82 mg/L : 100.00C = 28. 12G + 3. 84F + 7.51U+60.53R;Group of 7.23 mg/L: 100.00C=24.24G+4.41F+8.00U+63.62R;and Group of 9.64 mg/L: 100.00C= 18.38G+4.47F+8.29U+65.86R.
