摘要
于2017年11月和2018年2月、5月、8月,在怒江水系和伊洛瓦底江水系设8个采样点,现场测定水温、pH、溶解氧和流速等,调查分析大鳍异鮡Creteuchiloglanis macropterus栖息地的水质时空特征。结果显示:怒江水温变化在10.3~20.2℃之间,溶解氧8.18~9.56mg/L,pH7.00~7.91,流速0.33~1.86m/s;伊洛瓦底江水系的槟榔江水温6.4~17.3℃,溶解氧8.71~9.86mg/L,p H6.51~6.96,流速0.27~1.84m/s。大鳍异栖息地水温、溶解氧、pH和流速随时空变化而改变。
Water temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen and flow rate were determined in 8 sampling points in Nujiang River system and Irrawaddy River system in November 2017 and February,May and August of 2018 to temporal and spatial characteristics of waters in the habitat of Creteuchiloglanis macropterus.It was found that the water temperature was changed from 10.3℃to 20.2℃,dissolved oxygen level from 8.18 mg/L to 9.56 mg/L,pH from 7.00 to 7.91,and flow velocity from 0.33 m/s to 1.86 m/s in Nujiang River system.The water temperature was varied from 6.4℃to 17.3℃,dissolved oxygen level from 8.71 mg/L to 9.86 mg/L ppm,pH from6.51 to 6.96,and flow velocity from 0.27 m/s to 1.84 m/s in Binglangjiang River in Irrawaddy River system.The water temperature,dissolved oxygen,pH,and flow velocity in natural habitat of Creteuchiloglanis macropterus were changed with the change in temporal and spatial context.
