“风光水”互补微电网的运行优化 被引量:20

Optimal Operation of Complementary Microgrid with Hybrid Wind-Solar-Hydro Power

摘要 当前,针对微电网的研究存在着对储能单元优化的研究较少、含小水电的微电网研究不足等问题。为此,研究了含小水电微电网的运行优化,并对其中的储能单元提出了优化控制策略。针对风电、光伏不可调度的特性,提出了一种通过起作用集算法对蓄电池进行充、放电的控制策略,以达到削峰填谷效果,并采用改进粒子群算法对微电网系统进行经济运行优化。在给出的"风光水"微电网结构的基础上,建立了含蓄电池的"风光水"互补发电优化运行模型。选取冬季典型日的"风光水"微电网进行了仿真研究,在保证系统安全的前提下,以总的经济效益最高作为目标函数,分析结果表明了所提方案的正确性和有效性。 At present, there are some problems in the research on microgrid, such as less research on energy storage unit optimization, microgrid with small hydropower, etc. Therefore, this paper studied the optimal operation of microgrid containing small hydropower, and proposed optimal control strategy for the energy storage unit. Aiming at the un- dispatching characteristic of wind power and photovoltaic power, this paper proposed a charge and discharge control strategy of battery by active set algorithm to reach the effect of peak load shifting, as well as the improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm for the economic operation optimization of microgrid systems. On the basis of the proposed microgrid structure with wind power, photovoltaic power and hydropower, the optimal operation model was constructed for a complementary power generation system containing batteries of wind power, photovoltaic power and hydropower. Finally, the typical daily wind power, photovoltalc power and hydropower microgrid in winter was selected to carry out simulation research, and the maximum economic benefit was taken as the target function under the premise of ensuring system security. The analysis results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
