浅析大数据时代高职院校的班级管理 被引量：5

摘要 随着大数据时代的到来,教育正日益走向个性化、精细化的时代。放眼世界,教育中的大数据已经进入各国政府和高科技公司的视野,成为了新兴的产业热点。大数据的理念和方法日益渗透进教育教学管理的方方面面。在高职院校的班级管理过程中,必须从更为广阔的视野、更真实的角度、来看待班级管理的定位,从而选定管理内容,完善班级建设步骤,才能提高教师教学水平,激发学生学习兴趣,形成良性互动的新型班级模式。
