摘要
目的探讨圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量的价值。方法对40例COPD患者在急性期及稳定期分别进行SGRQ评分及肺功能测定,所有急性期及稳定期SGRQ评分和FEV1进行配对t检验,评价SGRQ对COPD患者病情变化敏感性,通过相关性分析,评价其有效性。结果治疗后SGRQ各部分分值及总分值均有下降,配对t检验显示SGRQ三部分分值、总分值在治疗后均有明显改善(P<0.001),SGRQ各部分分值及总分值与肺功能呈负相关,显示良好的相关性。结论 SGRQ在评价COPD病情变化及治疗效果方面有很好的参考价值。
Objective To study the value of St.George′s respiration questionnaire(SGRQ) in evaluating the life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) .Methods SGRQ score and lung function were measured in 40 cases of COPD patients in acute and stable stage respectively .All acute and stable period SGRQ scores and FEV 1 matching t test were carried out .SGRQ condition change sensitivity was evaluated in patients with COPD .Through correlation analysis ,its effectiveness was further evaluated .Results After treatment SGRQ scores and total score values were falling .The parts matching t test showed that three parts and total score values of SGRQ scores were obviously improved after treatment (P<0.001).SGRQ score and total score value of each part were negatively correlated with lung function,which showed a good correlation .Conclusion SGRQ has great reference value in condition changes and treatment effect of COPD.
